Disclaimer Regarding Product Integrity and Refund Guarantee:

All items sold on this site are original works of art (prints, hand-painted clay pots, and hand-painted earrings). Returns and refunds are subject to our inspection of the returned item. Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, any item returned damaged, altered, or not in its original condition (beyond documented transit damage) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Our policy constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy available to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the specified criteria.

Refund Policy 

1. Our Commitment

Your satisfaction with your unique piece of art is our priority. Because many of our items (especially the pots and hand-painted earrings) are one-of-a-kind or made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

2. General Return Eligibility
  • Time Limit: You must contact us within [14] days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or Commissioned Art: Items personalized or created specifically for you.

    • Gift Cards.

    • Final Sale Items (clearly marked).

3. Procedure for Returns and Exchanges
  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at ubigsllc@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially for fragile items like clay pots. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

4. Handling Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Damaged Clay Pots/Prints: If a fragile item arrives broken or damaged, please send us clear photographs of the damage to both the item and the shipping box/packaging. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement, shop credit, or full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different print or piece of jewelry, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item and the new shipping cost for the exchanged item.

  • We cannot guarantee that a direct exchange is possible, especially for unique, one-of-a-kind painted pots.
