My 2 Handz Creations operates on an F.O.B. (Free On Board) Shipping Point basis. This means that once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) in Fairburn, GA, the risk of loss and title for the items passes to you, the customer. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs after the package leaves our premises. While we assist in filing claims for lost or damaged items, ultimate responsibility lies with the carrier and the customer. Insurance coverage is the customer's responsibility unless specified otherwise at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Packaging and Fragile Items
We take extreme care in packaging your unique art pieces:

Prints: Prints are typically shipped flat (in rigid mailers) or rolled (in durable mailing tubes), protected by cellophane sleeves to prevent damage.

Clay Pots: Each painted clay pot is wrapped securely with multiple layers of padding (e.g., bubble wrap, packing paper) and placed in a sturdy box to minimize the risk of breakage during transit.

Earrings: Earrings are sent in small, secure boxes or padded envelopes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your item (especially a fragile clay pot) arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ubigsllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and the damaged packaging. We will assess the damage and work toward a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the item, please contact the shipping carrier and file a report first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us for assistance.
